Wasn't Spiderman 3 released like 2 months before Transformers? How come the Transformers DVD came out so early Just curious if there is an answer to this. That's ridiculous. Green lantern is out octorber 13th. Why so much difference ? Although nothing beats Japanese anime movie dvd. What are some latest fun dvd movies to watch ? I'm mostly looking for movies that made into box office top 10 list I guess. I do watch all kinds of movies but I love horror the most. I even watch horror movies that didn't made it into box office list. Green Lantern was the most latest dvd movie I've watched lately. And transformers 3 was released before green lantern. Can somebody please explain the storyline between Season 2 to Season 3 in the G1 Transformers cartoons? So I'm watching "Season 2, Part 2" of G1 Transformers that I own on Rhino DVD's. The last episode of "Season 2, Part 2" is called "B.O.T" (Production Code : 700-64). I then proceed onto "Season 3, Part 1" and the first episode there is called "The Five Faces of Darkness Pt.1" (Production Code : 700-86). Suddenly, Optimus Prime is no longer the leader; Rodimus Prime is. The narrator starts to speak : "The great wars are over. The Autobots have won. The surviving Decepticons, without a leader and desparately low on Energon retreat into the burnt out planet of Char..." What happened in between?! According to "tv.com" I haven't missed any episodes in between but this storyline doesn't make any sense. Lil' help?

Why do we have a format war? I am completely amazed at the stupidity of this DVD format war. Today Paramount dropped Blu-ray and further complicated the issue. People do not care about the technology behind each only the movies. The problem is that in terms of content you have the good movies split 50/50 between. Paramount will have Transformers, Sony will have Spiderman 3. DVD was the most successful because everybody used it an consumers loved it and now people are looking and not having to choose between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD but having to have both. Each format basically cuts off basically 50% of the content. I have an HD TV and an upscaling DVD player and to be honest for the amount of difference I see I will hold onto my DVD player for quite some time. How can we resolve this dilemma yet not force people to choose and pray their format wins?

Issues with playback using Cucusoft DVD to iPOD? After converting a DVD to iPOD the playback on the PC is fine but every once in awhile the video seems to jerk and the audio is not in sync. I have just tried converting the two DVDs, Transformers and Matrix, and both play back find on my PC 3/4ths of the way then suddenly start jerking... Besides trashing this software, anything I can do to fix this issue? Ok, besides referring me to try another software, has anyone used this Cucusoft software before?

What do you think will happen with the Blue-ray vs. HD-dvd battle? First Sony says "Spider-man 3" will be a blue-ray exclusive. Now Paramount/Dreamworks says "Transformers" will be an hd-dvd exclusive. I haven't upgraded to either, but we consumers are the ones getting screwed in the process. It's bad enough as a video gamer having to consider buying two expensive systems because of all of the exclusives for good products, but shouldn't movies have a standard format? What do you think will or should happen with the next-gen dvd battle?
Copy DVD to computer / Another Disc? Hello i've been looking all over for the best way to do this and haven't found a simple way. I'm on a good old windows XP with fairly good stats. Let's say I bought the movie "Transformers" and want to put it on my laptop to take on a business trip and watch it on my computer without having to carry my disk around. How do I put it on my computer and watch it with windows media player. Ok, now let's say I'm back at home from my business trip and I need to take the DVD off my computer and put it onto an empty DVD disk to watch on my home DVD player. (I want to put my original Transformers disk somewhere safe so I don't ruin it.) Getting to the point: I want to rip the protected movie to my computer so I can watch it there, & burn it to a clean DVD I bought at the store. I've been messing around with "DVD Shrink 3.2" & "DVD Decrypter" and I can't figure out how to do it correctly. It would be nice to make a personalized menu for my disk so when I put it in my home DVD player after burning, a menu would pop up instantly and I could push one button and the movie starts. I appreciate any help you can give, it's giving me a headache! =) I'm not distributing it. just backing up. and thanks but i'm not downloading that program, it has bad reviews

To get a proper power converter is expensive. Also, cos of the PAL/NTSC conflict will a Japanese DVD player work in the UK anyway? I know already that it plays UK DVDs.
DVD Incompatible disc? My family rented Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen for DVD. Every time we tried it we got an incompatible disc error. It's not blu-ray and we tried 3 different copies. Can someone tell me what's wrong?

I have NERO SMART START. and i'd like to burn a dvd... i downloaded that i want on the dvd, but...? okay so, what im trying to do is, i download the movie transformers so i could watch it on my computer, but now i'd like to make a dvd or vcd so that i couold watch it on my television in my dvd player. couple questions about limewire windows media player and burning dvds? alright well im downloading transformers spiderman 3 rush hour 2 and harry potter 5 on limewire but i don't know how to transfer to windows media player and when i preview them it says one or more codecs needed if i burn it to a dvd will that affect it on the disc? im 13 i really don't know what im doing

HELP ME PLEASe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? i recently purchased 3 DVD's from Tesco (die hard 4/Transformers and a Billy Connely) and cannot for the life of me work out how to open the cases!!! they all come with a red button on the side where they open that keeps them from opening what the hell am i supposed to do? im genuinely confused but they were all under the celophane wrapping so how could it be security tagging???
