who is that huge transformer with the wheel at the end of the transformers 2 commercial?

So at the very end of the transformers 2 sneak preview, it looks like there's a huge decepticon on a wheel fighting with Optimus Prime? Any ideas as to who it could be? It doesn't really look like Soundwave or Devastator...
