Why will Megan Fox die early in Transformers 3?

I was wondering why Michael Bay is willing to kill Megan Fox early in Transformers 3? Btw, I'm not 100% sure that they will be killing her so...

4. Megan has made comments, comparing Michael Bay to Hitler. The media took it too far and he apparently got highly offended, which would explain the reasoning to his planning on killing her character off of Transformers.

   However, I don't think these rumors have been confirmed.
