Why isn't Megan Fox going to be in Transformers 3?

Why would they get rid of her? Did she decide not to do the 3rd movie, or did they decide to not cast her, and why?

1. They pretty much fired her because she's such a dimbulb. That and she trashed the producer.

3. She wasn't fired, she quit because she felt that a third Transformers film wasn't a good choice for her career. She wanted to move on. So the crew just hired a hot Victoria's Secret model to replace her. It won't matter, you'll barely notice the difference... The Victoria's Secret model isn't even an actress. She is just going to have some as* shots and some boobs shots and she'll get paid. I don't think losing Megan Fox is going to hurt the franchise at all.


4. It's a debate whether she got fired or she quit. Personally, I think she got fired because who wouldn't cash in on Transformers 3? It's a money making machine. Plus, I heard she trash talked the director and I also heard she was a nuisance to have on set, so they probably didn't want her because of that.


5. she decided that not to be in the third movie, she wasn't fired or anything. in fact, she already started filming a few scenes (paparazzi photos taken) so it wasn't that they didn't decide to cast her. i suppose she wants to go further with her acting career and not be tied to one project for so long. but now that she isn't transformers don't worry, you'll get to see her in another summer blockbuster: JONAH HEX.

   to the others who have responded to the question: do any of you actually know her personally? do you honestly just judge actors and actresses by the role they take? if you do, then i'm surprised that you don't know what the term "acting" means.

   seriously guys, if you think she's a slut for her movie roles just remember that she is cast for the role that's suitable for her appearance which is most cases, the bitchy pretty girl. honestly, you make her sound like some brunette lindsay lohan or another paris hilton. do you ever see her in magazines going to wild parties and clubs? ur, no.



6. She didnt get fired, she quit, herself. She didn't want to be in the 3rd movie.

Micheal Bay decided not to give Fox another turn in Transformers because in an interview in September 2009, Fox compared Bay to Hitler, saying, "I really wish I could go loose on this one -- he's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for."

   Then in an interview with Entertainment weekly Fox Fox blasted the "Transformers" director for relying on special effects rather than acting.

   He responded by saying "She says some very ridiculous things because she's 23 years old, and she still has a lot of growing up to do, You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, 'Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want.'"
