Why cant bumble bee talk in transformers 2?
I have had the argument with many people that at the end of transformers 1 (time- 2:12:50) bumble bee talks NOT using his radio... Why is it that he cant talk during the 2nd movie?

- Because he is a car.
- he dose talk in the first movie but idk why he doesn't talk in the 2nd one.
- While writing the second one, the writer forgot that he made Bumble Bee talk in the first one.
- Near the end of the Revenge of the Fallen the mention that Bumble Bee is still having problem's with his voice. In the first movie his voice box must have worked just for a split second to say he wanted to stay with Sam, probably because that was an important part, then went back to not being able to talk.
- Because Michael Bay decided it was much "cooler" for him to keep using the radio. But in my opinion, it was just another stupid tactic used to silence the Transformers whose names aren't Optimus Prime.
- no he does talk its in the first one he cant talk in because he crashed on earth
- He talks at the end of the 1st one saying 'If its ok with you i would like to stay with the boy' to Optimus but in the second he cant talk.
It was because Bay decided that based on what happened to Bumblebee in the second it would be better for him to not speak i.e. when he gets captured he makes all the weird voices and as you guessed he speaks alot less in the second. He adds the comical tilt between the more serious robots and the twins according to Bay
