- We will all have to wait for the movie to come out...I'm pretty sure Michael Bay put something in there explaining it. They may have broke up...maybe she moved away...or maybe she couldn't deal with a boyfriend who continuously puts her life in danger. We shall see....
- They said in Transformers 3 that Michaela (Megan Fox) broke up with Sam and Sam is now living with Carly.
Michaela is just.. gone I guess. Out of Sam's life since she broke up with him or he broke up with her, i don't know.

- Mikaela broke up with Sam because she was tired of her life being in jeopardy while in the middle of a giant robotic war. Sam thought he was going to be done with relationships, but he ends up meeting Carly, who is actually based on a character from the original cartoon in the 1980's. Carly was a friend of Spike, the cartoon version of Sam, who ends up marrying him when the cartoon shifted to 2006 in season three.
