Do I need to see Transformers 2 to understand Transformers 3?

1. Yes... you also need to watch Transformers 1 to understand Transformers 2 btw :)


2. Yep b/c u need to no what happened to all the characters and if new characters come in. you don't want to be lik whos this and whats that and what happened to him as ou watch the third.


3. I watched transformers 2 & 3 without watching the 1st part. You could still understand the plot. But if you need in depth detail about the story and characters, then you may need to watch the 1st part.


4. Honestly i would say that you only need to see Transformers 1. Transformers 3 really has no plot and its not that good, but still see the first one so your not even more lost :)
