Transformers Movie Info
Which one did you like better? Star Trek or Transformers 2?
I went to go see Star Trek and it blew me away. It was not what I expected at all! It was amazing, funny, and it had a cast of hot guys! I didn't know they could make another movie that good! But... I did like the first Transformers movie but usually squeals are never as good as the original. Also there's news about Jive Talking Robots that are raciest? I don't want to go see a movie with a bunch of stereotype Robots. So, I would like to know which one you liked better, (Transformers 2 or Star Trek, and I don't want to here from you if you've only seen one and haven't seen the other!) So far, Star Trek is winning. So convince me Transformer lovers, why was that movie better then Star Trek?

- Star Trek better. Took my gf who didnt think she was going to like it and turned around and loved it, also changed her mind about Star Trek and wants to go back and watch the Star Trek series.
- If you ask me, off course my answer will be Transformers 2. Full of action, better than 1st one.
- First, let me say that I think people pull the racist card over everything. They "jive" as comic relief - I am pretty intolerant of racism -like the jerk that shot up the Museum in DC just infuriates me - but this is nothing to get panties in a wad.
Anyway, Star Trek was one of the best movies this year because it was about the characters and it was contemporary and funny. It took real values and "blew them up", larger than life with the characters while staying true to the original. . .and the guys were hot!
Transformers 2 was just fun escapism. Even the first - was fun, but not really something that was extraordinary. It's just a summer action movie. I liked it, but I didn't love it. I like action films - this one delivered, but it had no real heart like Star Trek.
- Star trek hands down! This coming from someone who didn't care about seeing Star trek (until I saw the commercials, it looked hot) yet for transformers... I took June 24th off from my job back in February because there was no way I was gana get stuck working on that day.
So sad to be saying this but it was awful (unless you are about 12). The Jive talking bots annoyed me to no end, the story was weak at best, and the actions scenes as good as they were, were empty because half the time you didn't even know the bots that were fighting. The ending was corny (unless again you are about 12) and the movie was way to long.
If you like action, fighting scenes, and tween humor then this is your movie. If you prefer an intelligent movie with charactors you can connect to and a story that will leave you waiting to see what happens next you will be very disappointed.
- star trek!!! i was dragged there by a friend who wanted 2 see it 2 drool over chris pine ( & i agreed so i cud drool 2!) & it RLLY shocked me! it was NOT nerdy. it was amazing!! i actually loved it!!! it was great, good job 2 j.j. abrams! i cant wait 4 it 2 come out on DVD!!!
PS: the scene where chris was in his underwear...NIICE!!!!!!!! lol
