Who is the transformer which the huge wheel in the Transformers 2 trailer?

The one on a big wheel rolling over things, who is he? Theone sucking up sand is Devastor i think, i mean the one on a big unicycle rolling over vehicles.

2. If you're talking about on the Aircraft Carrier, pretty sure it's Starscream, he never got killed/wounded/damaged in the first one and we just see him fly into space and I'm pretty sure that would be the only one,

   If you mean the one on the desert area sucking up the sand? I have no clue...
