What are the extra minutes in the Transformers iMax movie?

Okay I am not a Transformers fan, but this movie was rocken on the iMax as well, just saw it in Melbourne Australia. Question though, the claim is that I would have seen some extra minutes, iMax say 3 minutes... http://www.imaxmelbourne.com.au/index.aspx?PageId=131&MovieId=136# "TRANSFORMERS: The IMAX Experience also contains approximately 3 minutes of additional footage." Michael claims 2 minutes... http://www.michaelbay.com/blog/files/f59e36be730481a0f26a2a10b2f8c986-165.html "I saw the IMAX print and it is awesome! It is the future of cinema to see movies in this format. I'm going to see Tranformers one last time and get ready to gear up for Transformers 2. I added two minutes of stuff for IMAX that will never make into any DVD's. There will never be an extended edition." Where do you find out what was added? That all you folk that saw it at a standard cinema would not have seen? Knowing about the extra minutes, I did wait all the way until the final credits, until the screen went dead, and nothing. Unless you refer to just as the credits start, with the father and mother being interviewed?

  1. This may or may not be what you are looking for but there is an additional scene at the end of the credits for the movie. I won't tell you what they are here if your going to see it agian, just make sure you keep your seat when the movie is over and wait for the credits to roll through.

I've also figured out lately that when a movie is realeased in different regions the production companies like to play around with a lot of the cinematics to see how audiences react to them, then they throw all it together on the dvd. In the U.S. the extra mintues feature starscream leaving the atmoshpere and taking off into space, then it cuts to the autobots on a cliff looking at a sunset, suppose to indicate that things weren't over and to leave things open for a sequal.
