Transformers Movie Info

What are the chances the Transformers movie will be any good this summer?

I'm excited to see what they can do with a real action type transformers movie. I loved the transformers as a kid. Still fascinated by them, just hate the weak plastic joints on the new ones. At Christmas I bought a HUGE anniversary special edition die cast optimus prime for my son (at least he thinks I bought it for him) So this summer I hope to take him to the movies to see transformers (or perhaps I'm just using him as an excuse to go myself - but he'll never know) Whadda ya think? Whadda you know about it and Whadda ya think? Will it do justice to one of the greatest toys of my generation? Does it have a chance or will it reek of a weak human love story I agree that it needs a strong story line too. I just hope the main story is about the transformers not the humans. That would be a bit more of a unique point of view. But I suppose if you get a strong story you can succede either way.

  1. Fair. They need to have a real story; otherwise it will be a special effect marvel and a movie flop

  2. Its done by Michael Bay so it will have little story and loads of sensless action. I'm going to see Live free or die hard they open on the same day.

  3. I think it will be very good, looks quite exciting. I loved playing with those toys too, but they were sometimes hard to like transform. lol

    Hope i answerd you.

  4. trailer looks awsome and the trailers dont lie so its gonna be good I hope its pg 13 so it can have some action not pg

  5. Well, from what I have seen of the new trailer, it's looks spectacular! Michael Bay is a great action-adventure director, so one hopes that is what he'll focus on. I recently watched a short featurette about the movie (all the behind the scenes stuff looked great!) and Bay says he "only wanted to this movie if he could make it 'dead-real' believable, not cartoony in any way." Steven Speilberg's also apart of it, if that eases your mind. I can't wait to see what's in store for the Autobots and the Decepticons!
