When i start the transformers game , i get "Transformers.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."?

When i click the transformers.exe file , i get an black page and a robot symbol and again i get a white page and a message displayed like this "Transformers.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and then the game gets closed...... Plzzz, tell me wat is d problem I have windows Xp sp 2 Geforce FX 5200 with 128 mb memory RAm : 768 MB i Have the latest forceware also for my graphic card But , i hav never updated my XP , (i,e AUTOMATIC LIVE UPDATES for XP- OFF always , ) Is the problem may be due to that????? Plzzz , tell me wat is the problem , I want to play the game
